Professionals receive a six part webinar series in which each webinar will be approximately 30 minutes in duration. Each session will combine presentations and demonstrations. Towards the end of each session there will be a question and answer period.
Part 1, Introduction to Proloquo2Go: This introductory webinar will primarily demonstrate the Proloquo2Go views: Grid, Typing, Recents, and Options. A brief overview of Proloquo2Go’s key features and concepts will also be provided.

Part 2, App customizations (Options and Settings): This webinar will demonstrate how to customize Proloquo2Go using the Options inside the app and Settings outside of the app. Customizations will include voices, pronunciation, appearance, restrictions, and speech.

Part 3, Vocabulary customizations for creating a new user space, then adding and modifying vocabulary: This webinar will demonstrate how to create a new user space in Proloquo2Go, then to create and modify vocabulary for the user. As part of the demonstration, participants will learn how to set the new user space as the home category.

Part 4, Backup, Restore from Backup, Transferring Backups: This webinar will show how to backup your vocabulary, restore a vocabulary backup, and transfer a vocabulary backup from one device to another. Videos and a discussion will primarily demonstrate how to handle Proloquo2Go backups.

Part 5, Advanced features (word prediction and grammar support): This webinar will show how to configure the word prediction and grammar support features in the Settings for Proloquo2Go. Participants will learn how to adjust the advanced features or turn them off if necessary.

Part 6, iTunes and App Store: This webinar will be a presentation of using iTunes and the App Store for Proloquo2Go. The iTunes portion will provide information such as getting started with iTunes and syncing pictures for use in Proloquo2Go. Participants will also learn about the App Store purchasing models including The Volume Purchase Program for educational institutions.

What’s New in Proloquo2Go 1.7: This webinar will cover all the is new in Proloquo2Go version 1.7, which was released in November, 2011. Proloquo2Go 1.7 now has all of its options consolidated in the app. You will also learn about new appearance options and additional features.

Initially, we have provided a four part webinar series for users, family and caregivers to introduce Proloquo2Go. Each webinar is approximately 40 minutes in duration. Additional webinars are still under development. Each session combined presentations and demonstrations.
